About Zoey Gong
Zoey Gong, a Brooklyn-based food therapist, TCM chef, registered dietitian, and educator, promotes TCM food therapy through pop-up dinners, workshops, and events since 2018. Her cookbook, "The Five Elements Cookbook," was published in February 2023 by Harper Collins. Zoey also operates the Red Pavilion in Bushwick, NY, a studio and event space focused on TCM cuisine.
