Fuzhou Sisters was guest bartenders for APC’s panel in August 2024.

The "Fuzhou Sisters" consist of Fang Shuyu and Zhang Qixin, who were both born and raised in Fuzhou. Their shared experiences and love for culture have built a deep friendship. This project aims to continue exploring Chinese culture and connect the Chinese community by celebrating its rich heritage. This year, they began brewing Qinghong wine—a traditional rice wine unique to Fuzhou. They share their brewing experiences and wine culture to introduce this traditional craft to new audiences and bring together Chinese people of all ages and communities. They have previously hosted Qinghong wine tasting events at a bookstore in Chinatown and at the Museum of Chinese in America (MOCA).
